AIMS
To provide a cost-effective but accurate proofing, sampling and concept testing solutions to the security industry, which is normally prohibitive to perform in-house
as organisations will generally set-up to mass-produce on large format production machines. Twenty years of experience has proven the commercial viability of this process.
PROCESSES
Artwork accepted in multiple formats. Substrates can range from specialist papers to polymers. Inks can be standard or bespoke,
offset and intaglio. Applied materials – registered or wallpaper holographic foils and inks. Numbering – impact or digital as required. Or, we can supply to meet your specifications.
- The different processes we offer include:
- Dry Offset - rainbow print, watermark
- Wet Offset - conventional inks
- Intaglio - from etched copper or zinc plates, engraving, drypoint, aquatint or mezzotint.
- Foiling - registered impressions, patches or stripes, wallpaper
- Numbering - impact, digital and relevant encoding (QR, 2D/3D Barcodes)
- Finishing - to single-cut product or multi-set sheets
RESULTS
To provide the client with reproduction proofs and samples of the end-user’s intended final product, ranging from Passport Components, Trial Banknotes, Tax Stamps, Certificates, Visas and Transactional Documents. The intention being to provide the best support to convert the enquiry to a “live” product or to present the client with a facsimile of what the end product will look like prior to embarking on any higher-cost production.
